Faculty of Health Sciences Student Orientation Program Held

Within the scope of Istanbul Gelisim University 2026-2027 Academic Year Student Orientation Schedule, the orientation program for Faculty of Health Sciences students was held on Friday, September 18, 2026.

The program, held at Gelisim Tower J Block Mehmet Akif Ersoy Conference Hall, provided students with information about adapting to university life, academic procedures, student opportunities, and educational processes.

Within the scope of the orientation program, it was aimed to support students’ adaptation to university life, help them become familiar with the faculty and department structure, and enable them to make a more informed start to their academic life. For the students of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, the program also served as an important introduction to the academic structure of the department and the university environment.

In addition, Süeda Sıla Sorver, a graduate student of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, shared her experiences regarding her undergraduate education and post-graduation journey with the students. Her contribution provided guiding insights for newly enrolled students regarding departmental life, academic development, and career planning.
