The Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nutrition and Dietetics hosted one of its alumni, Dietitian Burhan Altun, on December 26, 2024, during the "Career Talks with Alumni 2" event. The program focused on his career journey in bariatric surgery and various aspects of the dietetics profession.

In addition, he offered participants valuable advice and strategies for achieving their career goals.
The event concluded with an interactive session where students' questions were answered. Participants had the opportunity to meet a professional alumnus working in the field, gaining both inspiration and practical knowledge to guide their career planning.
