1- You must use the email address provided to you by our university (*********@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr) for communication with our faculty. Please do not use your personal email address. For faculty-related matters, send your emails to sbf@gelisim.edu.tr.
2- In your emails, you must include your full name, department, student ID number, residential address, and GSM number. Additionally, briefly state the reason for your application in the subject line.
3- If there are any documents required to be attached to your application (e.g., National ID, Student ID, necessary forms, requests made via OBIS, etc.), you must fill them out completely and appropriately for their intended purpose. If required, sign the documents, scan them, and attach them to your email.
Emails that do not comply with these requirements will not be processed.
