Please follow the steps below to ensure that your e-mail correspondence with our Faculty can be evaluated quickly and accurately.
Please communicate with our Faculty using the *********@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr student e-mail address provided by the University. Do not use your personal e-mail address.
Your e-mail must include your full name, department, student ID number, residential address and GSM number. Please briefly and clearly state the reason for your application in the subject line.
Complete all documents required for your application, such as National ID, Student ID, necessary forms, requests made via OBIS and similar documents. Where required, sign and scan the documents before attaching them to your e-mail.
E-mails that do not comply with the requirements stated above will not be processed.
