Within the scope of the workshop, menu planning in accordance with the nutritional requirements of older adults, reduction of food waste, and principles of sustainable nutrition will be addressed. Participants will gain knowledge on creating healthy and balanced meals for older adults and will have the opportunity to develop practical skills by preparing appropriate menus through hands-on activities.
