The gymnasium of her university is named after Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı, who won the gold medal in the Aerobic Gymnastics World Championship. Onbaşı said, “The fact that my name is written in the hall where I sweat and that I will always see it will give me extra motivation. I am very happy.”
