In the class guided by Lecturer Münevver Başak Onat, the health benefits of fruits and vegetables were discussed in detail, along with cooking methods and nutritional values. Students practiced by preparing various recipes with different fruits and vegetables. Additionally, the importance of food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes was emphasized. At the end of the class, the dishes prepared by students were tasted and evaluated together with the whole class. Students who have experienced a comprehensive journey about healthy eating and food preparation processes enjoyed this enriching class.
