Warning from the expert: Fat-free diet not sound and convenient!
The Academic Member, Dr. Ayşe Huri Özkarabulut, who is the Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Istanbul Gelisim University, said: ‘’It is possible to satisfy the fat requirement of the body with 10-15 hazelnuts, raw almonds or 5-6 walnuts that we may consume on daily basis.’’
