The esteemed speaker of the event, ŞENGÜL, delivered a comprehensive presentation to the participants on the innovations brought about by value-based healthcare services in health systems and the contributions of this approach to public health. The presentation provided insights into the general structure of the healthcare system, the concept of “value” in healthcare services, and how value is measured. Additionally, examples of the implementation of value-based healthcare services in different countries were shared. The role of value-based healthcare in improving individuals' quality of life and its impact on the healthcare sector were also examined in detail.
Participants had the opportunity to explore the current and future applications of value-based healthcare services in depth. The program concluded with the presentation of a plaque to the speaker by the Vice Chair of the Department of Health Management, Asst. Prof. Aslı KAYA, and the Head of the Department of Nursing, Asst. Prof. Mahruk RASHIDI.
