During the meeting, the challenges faced by students during clinical practice, developments in the health sector and innovative approaches in the field of nursing were discussed. In addition, strategies to increase cooperation between Istanbul Gelisim University Department of Nursing and Başakşehir Çam and Sakura Hospital were discussed.
Op. Dr. Gürhan Çelik shared his views on nursing education at the end of the meeting and emphasised the importance of cooperation between the hospital and the university. He pointed out that innovative education methods in the field of nursing are of great importance in order to bring qualified specialists to the health sector.
It was stated that such sharing is extremely valuable in terms of contributing to the professional development of nursing students and responding faster to the needs in the health sector.
