Warning from the Expert: There is no such thing as a fat-free diet!
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Huri Ozkarabulut, the Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Istanbul Gelisim University, stated that the body's fat needs can be met with 10-15 hazelnuts, raw almonds or 5-6 walnuts to be consumed daily.
