Kemal Inan, Avcılar District Governor, Canan Yazıcı, who is Istanbul Provincial Director of National Education's wife, Cevat Dervişoğlu, Avcılar District Director of National Education, Mahmut Bıyıklı, Turkish Writers Union Istanbul Branch President, also attended the event.
