"Thanks to the interest and love I have for the field of mental health, I met the social work department and later on, the social work profession; I realized how necessary it is for the health and functioning of society, individuals and institutions. With this awareness, I realized that I saw myself close to this field and therefore I preferred the social work department."

"The fact that Istanbul Gelisim University is located in Istanbul, in one of the beautiful districts of Istanbul, that its curriculum is very good, and that the course contents are of high quality and related to the field were among the features that caught my attention. And of course, the main reasons that attracted me to this university were that, like many other departments, the social work department is accredited, allows exchange programs such as Erasmus, and offers free Double Major and Minor programs. I included Istanbul Gelişim University among my top five choices in my preference list, as I found it very close to myself and could get a good energy during my preference period. As a student currently studying at Istanbul Gelişim University, I can say that the presence of our very qualified, knowledgeable teachers who value and embrace students is very valuable for us. And it is good that I am studying at this University and in this department."
