Abdülkadir Gayretli, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Gelisim University, was a guest on the "Xeber Ertesi" program of Xezer TV Channel, one of the most important television channels in Azerbaijan. Giving information about life in Turkey and education at Istanbul Gelisim University for Azerbaijani students and their families, Gayretli visited Western Caspian University during his visit to Azerbaijan and met with the founder of the university, Prof. Dr. Hüseyn Bağırov.
