From Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Prof. Dr. Kenan Özden stated that he prepared the book for two main purposes. Dr. Kenan Özden said, “Businesses and institutions should be able to deal with crises in the most effective way and overcome them with as little damage as possible. The coronavirus global epidemic, which has affected the world for the longest time, caught all public institutions, businesses and households unprepared, causing great loss and pain, and once again this reality hit us in the face.”
