Students from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Gelisim University, will participate in a technical visit to the Istanbul Public Bread Factory on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
During this visit, students will have the opportunity to observe the bread production process on-site — from the processing of flour to the baking stage — and examine each production phase in detail. They will also receive information from factory officials regarding hygiene, quality control, and energy efficiency practices implemented throughout production.
This technical visit aims to strengthen students’ professional experience by enabling them to connect theoretical knowledge with practical observation and gain deeper insight into industrial food production processes.
