As part of the weekly Coffee Talks series, a session titled “Are Our Green Choices Really Green? Perceptual Misinterpretations in Nutrition” will be held with the participation of Asst. Prof. Gizem Uzlu from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
The talk will focus on how certain foods are perceived as healthy or eco-friendly, and will explore perceptual errors and decision-making biases that influence nutritional choices.
