The Academic Performance Evaluation Process Management System (APSIS), developed to monitor and support academic performance more systematically, was implemented this year with a significant increase in scope. Evaluations based on 568 criteria in 2023 were transformed into a multidimensional analysis process involving 2,440 items in 2024. This development aimed to make the multifaceted contributions of faculty members visible.
Incentives for Academics Producing Value in Six Areas
The evaluation process was carried out under six main headings ranging from the number of publications and citations to educational activities, projects and designs, and participation in scientific activities. Academics who ranked in the top 20 in the general ranking with their devoted work were honored with the Incentive Award.
In this proud list, our two esteemed academicians representing our Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing; Assoc. Prof. Neşe KISKAÇ and Asisst.. Prof. Mahruk RASHIDI received their certificates of achievement from the university administration.

Our faculty members, who were awarded at this meaningful ceremony where academic productivity is encouraged, continue to inspire their students and colleagues not only with their individual achievements but also with their pioneering work in the field of nursing.
