ACAR said “During my student years in the Nursing (English) Department, I gained qualified education and significant experiences. Being the first graduate of the department was not through an easy education process. Medium of instruction of all our lessons and practices were taught in 100% in English and we were preparing handing over our presentations and assignments in this way. Since we had internships in hospitals specific to each course for 4 years, I saw many cases and gained experience. Our teachers have helped me overcome my fears in this whole process. When I graduate, besides being a nurse, I have gained a foreign language. With these achievements, I started to work as a nurse in a good hospital after the graduation.”
Responding to PEHLIVAN's question about what his advice could be to the students, ACAR said, “Students should prefer Nursing profession primarily because they love it. Communication skills are of great importance in our profession.
