Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Health Sciences Head of Health Management Department Assoc. Dr. Gulay TAMER11-13 November 2022 hosted by Arel University at Haliç Congress Center, International Organizations Management Association, Istanbul Kent University and Holistence Academy in cooperation. She participated in the 2nd International Congress on the Management of Organizations with her research article titled "The Effect of Organizational Climate on Employee Motivation: The Example of a Public Hospital in Istanbul" and made an oral presentation.
