 Occupational Therapy Department 2025–2026 Academic Year Orientation Meeting


The Occupational Therapy Department held an orientation and information session for first-year students at the start of the 2025–2026 academic year. The meeting was organized to introduce the department’s academic structure and address students’ questions. The program opened with a welcome speech by Prof. Dr. Arif Önder, Head of the Occupational Therapy Department, who provided an overview of the curriculum, internship opportunities, and the department’s vision. Following this, Dr. Beyza Aslı Bilsel, Assistant Head of the Department, shared detailed information about the undergraduate program, internship procedures, double-major and minor opportunities, regulations, and departmental guidelines.

During the session, students’ questions were answered, and the Occupational Therapy and Community Rehabilitation Club, advised by Dr. Beyza Aslı Bilsel, was introduced. Club President Senanur Kıvanç and Vice President Remzi Aytı—who is also a member of the Occupational Therapy Association—presented the club’s mission, activities, and membership process.

The event concluded as a productive gathering where students gained direct insight into the department and its social opportunities, highlighting the importance of starting the 2025–2026 academic year with energy and awareness. The Occupational Therapy Department wished all students a successful and fulfilling academic year.
