Ergotherapists work not only with people but also with various groups and communities. For this reason, ergotherapists are also involved in science such as health, art, engineering, and psychology.
Ergotherapists also work with individuals who are socially excluded for health, social or social minority reasons. Ergotherapists are concerned with the participation of the individual in social life and activity. for this reason it makes activities or environment-oriented arrangements to correct the factors that prevent participation.
Ergotherapy department graduates have a wide working area including public institutions such as hospitals, schools, workplaces, factories, health centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and judicial institutions as well as private institutions in the same areas.
