The Audiology Club Took Part in Club Promotion Week!
Istanbul Gelisim University brought vitality to campus life with its Club Promotion Week, held on December 11–12, 2025, at the J Block Mehmet Akif Ersoy Conference Hall.
A total of 96 student clubs actively operating within the university met with students over two days through the booths they set up and the promotional activities they organized. The event offered an important opportunity—especially for newly enrolled students—to become familiar with club culture and discover communities that match their interests.
Throughout the event, students received information about clubs operating in a wide range of fields such as social responsibility, technology, entrepreneurship, culture and arts, sports, and scientific research. Club representatives shared detailed information about the activities and projects planned for the year, as well as membership processes, and engaged in one-on-one communication with students. This interaction helped students gravitate toward clubs that would support their personal development and help them adapt more quickly to campus life.
One of the standout communities during Club Promotion Week was the IGU Audiology Club. Meeting with students interested in the field of audiology, the club provided information about awareness activities related to hearing and balance health, academic seminars, technical visits, and social responsibility projects. The Audiology Club attracted significant attention with its activities aimed at improving students’ professional knowledge and skills while also raising public awareness about hearing health.
The organization was not limited to promotional purposes alone; it also created a strong socialization environment among students. Thanks to the mini-events and hands-on presentations organized by the clubs, participants enjoyed both a fun and productive experience. This process reflected the university’s multicultural and dynamic structure, enabling the formation of new connections among students.
Club Promotion Week once again demonstrated Istanbul Gelisim University’s institutional vision of supporting academic development alongside social life. The fact that many clubs gained new members at the end of the event indicated that community activities within the university would continue throughout the year in a more active and productive manner.
