 Necessary Information About Registration Processes




REGISTRATION DATES
- Final Registration dates at our University: 06 – 10 September 2021
- Final Registration dates at e-government: 04 – 08 September 2021
 
Special talent programs and programs for which electronic registration is not deemed appropriate by Higher Education Institution (such as programs requiring a health report and candidates who could not graduate from high school or graduated before 2008) will not be included in electronic registration.
 
Students who are placed in programs that a health report etc. are requested and who graduated from high school before 2008 or who could not graduate from high school must apply to the relevant higher education institutions with the required documents between 6-10 September 2021.
 
Due to the pandemic, every eligible candidate for e-registration must register with e-registration after completing the payment process. Therefore, these candidates are required to obtain an e-government password.
 
WARNING
- Students under the age of 18 must come to the registration with their parents.
- For underage students, it will be possible to register by the mother or father with the original or copy of the student's identity card, even without being a student.
- Students over the age of 18 must come on their own or the person to whom they have given power of attorney from the notary public.
- When the power of attorney is confirmed, transactions can be made with a copy of the power of attorney, provided that the original is taken later. 
-Without the student, parents will not be able to enrol.
  
HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION STATUS
Candidates whose graduation status cannot be verified on the Ministry of National Education's (MEB) graduation verification screen because they graduated from high school in 2008 and before, or have not graduated from high school yet, should complete their final registration by coming to our University. E-registration will not be possible.
 
Required document for students who graduated in 2008 and before at the time of registration:
Original High School Diploma (if the original diploma is lost, then the original of the lost document) and Original Identity Card (It will be checked and returned.)
 
Required document for students who have not yet graduated from high school:
Original Certificate about not graduated from High School and Original Identity Card (It will be checked and returned.)
 
If these candidates submit their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution by 31 December 2021, their final registration will be done. For those who do not submit their graduation by this date, the temporary registrations will be deleted.
Also, the final registration of the candidates who are in this situation and do not make their temporary registration on the specified dates will not be made.
 
NOTE: In addition, students whose High School Diploma is in another higher education institution because they are studying in another higher education institution should bring a copy of their high school diploma approved by the university they are currently enrolled in and a student certificate.
 
ABOUT THE FEE
If you have won our University with a Full-Scholarship, you do not need to pay any fees.
If you have won our University with - 25% or 50% discount, you can make your payment as described in the pre-registration screen - fee information - payment menu.
