IGU Department of Speech and Language Therapy Welcomes New Students at Orientation Program
The Department of Speech and Language Therapy at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Health Sciences held an orientation program for first-year students on September 24, 2026. The program aimed to introduce students to the department and university life.
The program began with an opening address by the Head of the Department, Asst. Prof. Deniz YILDIZ. Students received information about the curriculum, course content, and academic procedures. YILDIZ also offered advice to help them adjust to university life.
The orientation covered the faculty’s academic structure, course registration procedures, and examination system. Students were also introduced to campus facilities, laboratories, library services, and social activities. The program concluded with a question-and-answer session.
