Coffee Talks: Are Our Green Choices Truly Green? Perceptual Biases in Nutrition

As part of the Coffee Talks series organized by the Istanbul Gelisim University Dean of Students' Office, an event titled “Are Our Green Choices Truly Green? Perceptual Biases in Nutrition” will be held.

The event will address food choices perceived as environmentally friendly, perceptual biases influencing consumer preferences, and common beliefs about sustainable nutrition. Featuring Asst. Prof. Gizem Uzlu as the speaker, the session aims to evaluate food choices from a sustainability perspective and raise awareness of sustainable nutrition.
