National Recognition: Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Aslı KAYA

In the master’s thesis defense of Tuğba POLAT, a student in the Master’s Program of the Department of Healthcare Management at the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Graduate Education Institute, held at 10:00 on February 2, 2026, Asst. Prof. Aslı KAYA was appointed as a jury member. The defense was attended by thesis supervisor Assoc. Prof. Halil ŞENGÜL, Asst. Prof. Derya ŞAHİN from the Department of Healthcare Management, Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, and Asst. Prof. Aslı KAYA from Istanbul Gelisim University.

The master’s thesis titled “The Mediating Role of Burnout in the Relationship Between Workload and Turnover Intention Among Pre-Hospital Emergency Healthcare Services Employees,” conducted under the supervision of Halil ŞENGÜL (Head of the Department of Healthcare Management at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University), was successfully presented by Tuğba POLAT.

Following the evaluation, the thesis defense—chaired by Asst. Prof. Aslı KAYA—was approved unanimously by Halil ŞENGÜL, Derya ŞAHİN, and Aslı KAYA. The defense was successfully concluded when the jury chair, Aslı KAYA, announced the result to the graduate student Tuğba POLAT and declared the conferral of the title “Master of Science.”
