 National Recognition: Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA


Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA, a faculty member in the Department of Healthcare Management, Faculty of Health Sciences at our University, represented our institution within the scope of the “National Recognition” category by serving on the thesis defense jury at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University on December 12, 2025.


Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA was appointed as a jury member for the master’s thesis defense of Selahattin ERDEM, a student in the Master’s Program with Thesis (Business Administration) at the Institute of Graduate Education of Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. The defense took place on December 12, 2025, at 12:00. The jury consisted of Assoc. Prof. Emre YAKUT from the Department of Management Information Systems, Program of Management and Information Systems at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University; thesis advisor Assoc. Prof. Ergün KARA; and Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA from Istanbul Gelişim University.

The master’s thesis titled “The Effect of Leadership Styles on Job Stress (An Application on Private Sector Employees)”, supervised by Assoc. Prof. Ergün KARA—Head of the Department of Management and Organization, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University—was successfully presented by Selahattin ERDEM.

Following the evaluation, the thesis defense—chaired by Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA—was unanimously approved by the jury members Assoc. Prof. Emre YAKUT, Assoc. Prof. Ergün KARA, and Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA. The defense was successfully concluded with the announcement of the result to the master’s student Selahattin ERDEM by the jury chair, Assist. Prof. Aslı KAYA, and the conferment of the title “Master of Science.”
